Description

This short out and back trail begins on the northeastern corner of the Spring Point Trail. It extends down a small peninsula on the lake and provides some great lake views as well as some ideal fishing access points. You pass through thick underbrush often littered with branches as this portion of the trail can flood during high water. The trail extends a short way them loops around. On the northern side of the trail you get wide open views of the lake and on the southern shores you gain access to a small cove. The loop is short and quickly rejoins the main trail. Overall it's a great place to bring a chair and enjoy some solitude on the lake.
