As of June 2018, this trail is heavily overgrown, inconsistently blazed, and has a number of downed trees across it. It routes around two active shooting ranges; some users report hearing frequent gunfire. There are several creek crossings, and generally wet conditions throughout. Trail also crosses several residential properties with admonitions to "stay on the trail" but with inadequate or overgrown blazing.
