Features -none-

Allowed uses in the winter include: fat biking, snowshoeing, and ungroomed cross country skiing.

Need to Know

Sagamore Unit trails do not close under wet weather conditions.

Description

This is the main trail that leads around Sagamore Mine Lake and links up to a series of fun and challenging trails. The trails seem to be a bit overgrown with vegetation in areas. It is mostly utilized for fat tire biking in the winter since it is not as well-maintained as the main trail system a few miles away.

With that said, there is still a singletrack footprint. Since these trails are not as close to the main trail system, they tend to be quieter and there's a good chance you'll have them all to yourself.
