“A stretch of the Bozeman "M" Trail for the more experienced hiker.”

This trail is easily accessible. There’s a steady incline, but it is short and ends with a breathtaking view of Bozeman.
The "M" is the main destination point, but the trail continues behind the "M" for any hikers looking for an extra mile or two. The trail boasts gorgeous wildflowers of varying selections during certain periods of the year.
The trail starts connected to the Easy M Trail but later branches off the main trail, indicated by a sign. There are some rocky inclines as well a steeper trail.
You’ll start out by going up a steep hill and soon have to navigate your way over rocks and around a large boulder. Then you’ll reach a dirt portion of the trail which then rejoins with the original "M" trail.
The strenuous fork of the "M" trail claims to be a faster route and requires a more technical approach, but could be considered moderate for beginning hikers.
