Trail shared by Chris Davis

Chris Davis

Features Fall Colors · River/Creek · Spring · Waterfall · Wildflowers · Wildlife

Only open during daytime hours, and you must purchase a Hamilton County Parks Pass.

Description

From the intersection of Buckeye Falls Drive, ascend into the woods. Looking back, take in the 1930's era spillway for the lake, and along the trail be sure to look for the wildflowers, and multiple falls, as well as a really neat wooden bridge. The trail ends at the other end of Buckeye Falls Drive.

Flora & Fauna

Rabbit, squirrel, deer, blue jays, gnat catchers, oak, pine, locust, and multiple wildflower species can be found here.
