Description

This trail leaves the Windigo Pass Trail #1412 at Warrior Creek and climbs steadily, but gently, up through widely-spaced stands of lodgepole pine and true fir to end at a 4-way trail junction on the northeast side of Tenas Peak. Water is available from Warrior Creek at the lower end of the #1445 but after that there are no water sources.

At the 4-way junction, the Tenas Peak Connector Trail goes south for a short distance to the summit of Tenas Peak, an old fire lookout site with views to the south and west. On a clear day, Tolo Peak, Mount Thielsen, Mount Bailey and peaks along the rim of Crater Lake are visible.

From the 4-way, the Tolo Creek Trail #1466 goes east to its junction with the Pacific Crest Trail and southward down the Tolo Creek drainage to a junction with the North Umpqua Trail #1414.
