Family Friendly The trail has a mild grade and is roughly 30 inches wide.

Open to pedestrians but primarily used by mountain bikers, be aware. Open year-round but please avoid right after a snow or heavy rain. No equestrians.

Description

This trail is formed of two loops. The southern loop is the easiest loop while the northern loop has some more demanding descents and a bit more extended climbing, though it's still relatively easy.

The trail opened in late 2017 in collaboration with Trails 2000 and Purgatory Resort. This trail system is Durango's premier beginner friendly terrain for mountain bikers.

Until it's seasoned, some conditions may be loose, but the best way to fix this is to get out and use it!
