Description

This is a primitive trail through thick hardwood forest. Expect a significant creek crossing at Hurricane Creek and an 850-ft gradual climb up Richardson Mountain. This trail combines with the Shores Lake Loop.

Major landmarks include:

10.4 - Forest Road 1007 parking lot just to the north that can be reached either by road or a spur trail on the east side of the road.
11.1 - Hurricane Creek Crossing
12.0 - Richardson Mountain
17.7 - Junction to Shores Lake Loop
18.4 - White Rock
