The trail can be done from either direction but many say that it is a little easier to do from Willow Ridge Road. This trail is fun, singletrack Coe with many narrow and interesting obstacles to traverse. In the rainy season, the river will be moving so be prepared to get wet during this time. There are a few steep/scrambly sections but for the most part, this trail is mellow and very fun.
