The hike along the Seven Hollows Trail is along a dirt path through the forest. A number of interesting rock formations and fields are present along the way. Despite the name, this trail only covers 4 hollows (3 are on private land). The loop starts and ends at the parkling lot on the southern end of the park, and the trail briefly coincides with the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Boy Scout Trail before heading south.
