Family Friendly An easy trail that isn't too long.

Description

This enjoyable trail has some ups and downs through the Bois d'Arc and pine trees that East Texas is known for. You'll experience dirt, roots, and some slick rock throughout the trail. This area of the park is known for retaining water so be prepared to get a little muddy if it's rained recently. Take the wife and kids, this trail is plenty wide in many spots.

Restrooms, tent/RV camping, and picnic opportunities are within the park. In the summer, go for a hike and then go for a swim!
