A great, short trail to the beach and views to natural swamp wildlife.
Description
This short loop is an extension of the Elliot Coues Trail. It has some soft sand at the far north point, but the beauty more than makes up for it as it loops around a small natural swamp area. It joins the Elliot Coues Trail and terminates on the beach side of the Fort Macon parking lot.
