This trail is listed as moderate because you'll likely be drawn to scramble up and over large boulders to get a better view of the falls; please be careful if you chose to go off the path and do this.

The trail starts from a parking area on the north side of Trail Creek Road just before the big descent into Sun Valley. The trail is just a old jeep trail for the first 200 yards then narrows down to a singletrack that is covered with roots and large rocks. Despite the more technical trail, this is a kid friendly hike. The falls are just big enough to get into and not too tall for the water to hurt when it hits you; however, the water is a bit on the colder side.
