“This is a nice trail around the Ruth and Paul Henning Conservation Area.”
— Missouri Hiker
This trail starts at the main parking lot, which overlooks the entire valley. This is a dirt/loose rock path which descends into the conservation area. There are many loose rocks, and it is a hazardous descent in wet conditions. Trekiking poles are recommended here. The trail connects to the Streamside Trail
which can be added on for a longer outing.
Flora & Fauna
