Description

This trail starts at the main parking lot, which overlooks the entire valley. This is a dirt/loose rock path which descends into the conservation area. There are many loose rocks, and it is a hazardous descent in wet conditions. Trekiking poles are recommended here. The trail connects to the Streamside Trail which can be added on for a longer outing.

Flora & Fauna

Ticks and poison ivy.

Great trail. It may be short but I wouldn’t say it’s an easy trail. It’s a climb with lots of rocks. 1.1mi
