Description

This trail offers multiple wildlife spotting opportunities as well as the feeling that you have stepped much further away from civilization than what you actually are. The trail itself is muddy during wet season through about half of its length and is a fun challenge after the well-groomed gravel that presents itself in the front half of this park. The Eastern Red Cedars are so thick that in spite of the relatively small area, you cannot see through the field at all. Wonderful seclusion!

Flora & Fauna

Eastern Red Cedars, thistle of multiple types, cottonwood and some wildflowers. Deer, field mice, squirrels and plenty of birds!
