Description

The trailhead is accessible via dirt and gravel road. Be warned, the parking lot is small and fills up quickly. A 4x4 vehicle may be required in muddy conditions.

The trail straight forward and marked regularly with orange-triangle blazes. Enjoy the view, but please mind the cliffs. The drop off is steep and several individuals have fallen to their death here. For bonus points, get here before sunrise and see the fog lift around the point.

Trivia - this place was featured in the Disney movie Tuck Everlasting.

Flora & Fauna

Ticks, snakes, and poison ivy.
