Description

The trail is commonly used making it easily followed. It runs along the Middle Fork Creek with lots of water access. Expect very easy hiking with a slight grade upward from west to east (as mapped). There are many places to camp along this trail, most with very scenic views of the creek. You are surrounded with rhododendrons and hardwood forest. Enjoy plenty of fishing and lots of wildlife along the way. At the top, you'll run into the North Fork Trail, which can then bring you out to US150 for parking or pickup.

Flora & Fauna

Eastern hardwoods, lots of rhododendrons, bear, deer, fish etc.
