From the Valley Massif Trail, cross through willows (pick the driest route) and find a singletrack that climbs an old road bed. This trail eventually reaches a ridge, after a short climb, and descends down into a wet area.

Hang a left before the bog and connect to Impalement Trail (44) as it follows the drainage down to where it intersects with the Impalement - 700DC Connector through the willows to the Crow Creek bridge.
