A fun, flat, and winding, like most river trails.

Family Friendly This is a good beginners trail; it's flat and has few roots. Don't let your kids fall in the poison ivy. :)

There's a bald eagle nest in a tree between the North and South Trail. Please stay on the trail and don't disturb the eagles.

Description

A very fun trail; this is a new trail in 2016.

There are four or fewer sandy places on this loop, about 20 ft long max. Nothing bad.

Designed for bikes, trail runners, and walkers, watch out for each other and share the trail. The trails are not directional, so watch for oncoming bikes, especially on the connecting trails.

I scared up probably seven deer and they used the trail as a super highway.
