Trail 1 connects N. County Rd. 1290 W. (Polk Patch Rd.) with Hickory Ridge Trail 16 near Callahan Branch.

Trails nearest the Horse Camp receive higher horse traffic and, therefore, have more horse bogs. They are better to hike in the wintertime when frozen.
