  • Like many of the trails at Moran State Park, this one is open to mountain bikers from September 15 to May 15 and is hiking only the rest of the year.
  • A Discover Pass is required at the trailhead, and the park is equipped with an automated pay station.

Description

From the summit of Mt. Pickett (1,750'), keep left to follow the fire road. Follow these sweeping fast turns for a bit until it brings to you a fork. At the fork, bare left where the singletrack begins. From there, enjoy the fast and flowy turns through old growth forest, which will take you to the Twin Lakes Connector.
