A great trail that runs across the hill contours, dipping in and out of stream beds.

Description

This is the lower part of a nice loop running counter clockwise with the top part being the Ziler Loop and Central Trail.

This section starts smooth and level across the plateau and then becomes much more rugged and rocky after it descends down a washed out section. Follow signs at each intersection to close the loop and finish the hike.

Park by the tennis courts and hike up the paved road for a nice warm up.

Lots of creek crossings, mushiness. The trail itself is enjoyable, rocky in spots.
