This is a forest road above the valley floor that offers a good alternative to the busy main road in the valley to access some of the better singletracks in the area. It's not as difficult as the Rinehorn to Monstein segment, which runs parallel to it higher up in the mountains, but then it won't be as much fun either.

Most of the trail is through dense forest, so you won't be able to see much of the valley below or the mountains above. But the trail does end in Monstein which is a small alpine village with its own brewery.
