Park at the Sugarloaf Sledding Hill/Snowmobile/MTB parking lot and pick up the trail heading down the mountain parallel to the road. Eventually, you'll cross the road and continue on the opposite side, there will be a few uphills here eventually leading to the Baughman Rock Overlook. From the overlook you'll want to continue down the mountain into town.

For a great loop, hike up Sugarloaf Trail from town, cross Sugarloaf Road, and descend to Ohiopyle.
