Description

Tea Creek Trail is accessible from Tea Creek Campground to the south, off Forest Road 86. Take the Highland Scenic Highway (SR 150) west from US 219 and turn right on Williams River Road (FR 86). Follow the signs to the campground and park.

The trail can be used to access Right Fork Tea Creek Trail, Bear Pen Ridge Trail #440, and Gauley Mtn. - Tea Creek Connector #413, in order heading north from the campground.

When traveled as mapped, after a short easy uphill, the trail descends all the way to the campground. The grade is quite easy and the trail follows Tea Creek for most of its length. There are two shelters along the trail as well.
