Description

You can do this as an out-and-back up to Hardest Mountain. To hike this just as a downhill, shuttle up the forest service roads, same as if you were doing Hardesty Trail #3469. There's a short singletrack climb to the top.

From the trailhead head southwest on Eula Ridge Trail. Soon after leaving the trailhead, you reach a junction with South Willamette Trail #3465 which heads off to the right. The trail starts off climbing right away, and follows a moderate grade for the first mile or two. There are some switchbacks that help to ease the grade a bit. The top half gets a bit steeper, with some loose rocks and small steps mixed in for good measure.

If you are looking to head up to Hardesty Mountain, at the junction with Hardesty Trail #3469 turn left to head south follow it to the top.
