“Over 18 miles of true singletrack built by mountain bikers for mountain bikers.”— Calvin Leport
Family Friendly At the Putnam County Park there's a city pool, an 18-hole frisbee golf course, and a large playground.
The trails are well marked with red arrow plates that mark the main loop. Each major intersection is numbered and contains a smaller map indicating your position on the course. The yellow arrow plates at each intersection indicate shortcuts from the main loop, which allow you to plan the hike best for you.
This is a beautiful trail system with amazing infrastructure that includes fifteen bridges and more than one hundred drains. There are absolutely no wet or muddy areas on the course, and it is considered the go to place when neighboring trails are too wet. The course has approximately 1,800’ of climbing and will certainly test your cardio fitness.
