Description

This is one of many well-marked dirt trails that make up the Forest Park Nature Center. While it's nice to hike in either direction, taking this trail south-to-north involves a gentle switchbacking climb through forests rife with silver maple and oak trees. Along the way, expect pleasant solitude as you make your way north to reach the trail's end into the Bee Tree Trail Loop.

Flora & Fauna

Keep your eyes peeled for deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, and opossums along the trail.
