Description

The Llagas Creek Loop Trail is a short, flat, paved, handicap accessible path. It begins and ends at the Rancho Canada del Oro parking lot.

The Llagas Creek Loop Trail samples the countryside of Rancho Canada del Oro. It loops through a grass field with stands of trees from its start at the parking lot. The Santa Cruz mountains and hills of Rancho Canada del Oro can be seen. As the loop circles around, its far side follows a stream and is more shaded. A picnic table near the stream is passed. If one is lucky, they will see wild turkeys. After running along the stream, the path returns to the parking lot.

Flora & Fauna

Wild turkeys, deer. Grasses with stands of trees.
