Head up Willow Poptop (#410) to get to the trailhead. From there, go east and climb the ridge to the top and the opportunity for a cool side trip up Trail #412a for additional views and climbing. From there, curve around and head south from peak to peak until you hit the summit and the trailhead for Trail #424. Go west down the ridge for a great, rolling hike back down to Willow Poptop (#410). This trail shares the ridge with Willow Poptop (#410) for a 100 feet or so and then continues down the ridge to the west to end at Lower Willow Creek Trail (#400).
