Mt. Vernon Rapaki Loop

Overview

This multiuse track connects the the Bowenvale Traverse (west) and the Witch Hill Track (east) to make a longer track. It sidles around Mt. Vernon from the Bowenvale saddle to the Rapaki Saddle. It is a gentle grade for hiking and much easier than taking the Crater Rim Walkway over the top of Mt. Vernon. It climbs almost continuously from the Rapaki Track side.
