Description

Beaver Creek Trail is a nice trail starting at an elevation of 9,500'. It climbs through pine forest for the first third of a mile or so, levels out for a bit, then descends to follow the outflow from Comanche Reservoir. Another climb to finish off the end of the second mile brings you to the dam creating Comanche Reservoir.

The trail continues beyond Comanche Reservoir to meet up with Brown's Lake Trail and eventually the Flowers Trail (#939) southwest of Brown's Lake. The last three miles of the trail are a steady and long climb up to the junction with the Flowers Trail (#939).
