The trail consists of educational signage and opportunities to get close to the lake in more secluded areas. However, it's mostly in a low lying area and may be prone to flooding or retaining water after heavy rains.

The wooded section, opposite the lake side, passes over pine soft trail sections.

Keep you're eyes peeled for changes in direction because the trail is not well-worn making it easy to get off trail.
