Features Views

Family Friendly Whether walking, biking, roller blading, or simply sight-seeing, this path is a great option for the entire family.

Description

One of the most popular pathways in Grand Valley, the Fraser River Trail provides easy access to and from the amazing trails in Fraser and Winter Park. A multi-use, wide paved path, this trail is a great option for an easy hike or a family outing.

The trail passes through dense woods along the Fraser River across from Winter Park resort, where you may spot a moose if you are lucky; to a scenic jaunt along the downtown strip of the town of Winter Park, past the bandshell, skate park, and playground; to the wide open valley toward Fraser where you can enjoy views of Byers in the distance and the ski resort behind you.
