This is a scenic one-way trail that runs along Cumberland River and offers some nice views from the bluffs. The trail has some good change of slopes that might make it a bit more challenging.

Some muddy spots but overall pretty clear. Was prepared for (and terrified of) ticks but seem to have made it out without any contact. 12mi — 4h 45m

Over grown trail had to stop multiple times to pull of ticks. Trail needs to be cleared more and grass trimmed back 5.7mi
