This is one of the better routes to the top of the mountain. From its start, the trail heads steadily uphill on smooth switchbacks. Be sure to keep an eye and ear out for downhill mountain bikers as they tend to use this portion of trail a lot.
The flow of mountain bikers will stop, however, as you get closer to the summit; the trail also happens to steepen here. Continue up for one last push!
