The Berowra Track meanders along Cowan Creek and up to the Hornsby train station for easy access to get to and from this gorgeous area. The section along Cowan Creek has some small undulations but is mostly easy hiking along the creek. The trail ends with a bit of a climb to get to the station at the end.
