The southwestern portion of the boardwalk heading to Killdeer Pond has been permanently closed.
Description
The boardwalk keeps your feet dry while traversing the cypress swamp. Aviary exhibits allow you to get close to owls, hawks, and eagles. The trail features an observatory on the east end that gives views above the lake.
