Enjoy this easy route inside a preserved park (Parque del Bicentenario) with its own parking space, security, and restrooms.
This is an easy loop trail on the outer limits of the park, and it has a little bit of everything: uphill, downhill, rustic stairs, a little bit of cement path and dirt road. Overall, the route is fairly gentle, making it an accessible route for all levels of hikers.
Flora & Fauna
In the early morning or late afternoon, you'll encounter Central America agouti (cotuza in spanish), rabbits, turquoise-browed motmot (torogoz in spanish) and other kind of birds.
