This is a tough off-trail route that is filled with loads of fall trees that require hikers to scramble over on the way to the end of a mining road and North Rock Creek Trail #46. There's a good campsite along North Rock Creek just above the mine.

Walked it to extend North Rock Creek Trail, out and back. Primitive route is UNNESSARY! Use the REAL trail about 100yds above the Primitive route! 1.8mi — 1h 00m
