Family Friendly There are many picnic areas and benches for family activities. The trails are easy to moderate and fun for kids of all ages.

Refuge Hours: Winter (Oct-Apr) 8 AM - 5 PM; Summer Weekdays (May-Sept) 7 AM - 5 PM; Summer Weekends (May-Sept) 7 AM - 7 PM.

$5 Adults (13-64), $2 Children (3-12, under 3 FREE), $3 Seniors (65+), $1 Discount per person (with Military ID-Active/Retired)

Description

Wild Plum South is a trail that follows along the Bison Viewing Area. It is a connector trail from Wild Plum to/from Oak Motte Trail at the Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge. It allows a hiker to remain on the trails and avoid any of the country lane roads that run through the Center.
