Description

On Ice Cream Hill Trail #1b, you'll circle Ice Cream Hill. The trail doesn't go to the summit (maybe that is where they keep the ice cream?), but you'll still have a substantial climb regardless of whether you do this trail clockwise or counterclockwise.

The trail character is narrow singletrack on loose limestone lined with cactus, similar to the Spring Branch Trail, which you'll have to use for access.

Maybe the name simply means you've earned an ice cream if you manage to hike the whole trail?
