“A singletrack on rocky ground through the desert scrubland - but no sign of ice cream.”
— Lost Justpastnowhere
On Ice Cream Hill Trail #1b, you'll circle Ice Cream Hill. The trail doesn't go to the summit (maybe that is where they keep the ice cream?), but you'll still have a substantial climb regardless of whether you do this trail clockwise or counterclockwise.
The trail character is narrow singletrack on loose limestone lined with cactus, similar to the Spring Branch Trail
, which you'll have to use for access.
Maybe the name simply means you've earned an ice cream if you manage to hike the whole trail?
