There are numerous cutoffs and roads surrounding all the salt flats, these are sometimes closed to protect the wildlife.

Description

A flat gravel road with a nice bay view and breeze. Signs along the way denote historical salt flat sites, and a clearing with sight tubes point to the various bay area peaks.

Flora & Fauna

Many shorebirds, squirrels, and even some foxes.
