A black-blazed trail up the eastern face of Schunnemunk Mountain.

Karl W

Features Fall Colors

Description

This short black-blazed trail within Schunnemunk State Park climbs from the railroad tracks up the eastern face of the mountain along a series of switchbacks to prevent it from ever being too steep. The trail is heavily wooded so the views are not the best until you get towards the top.
