Description

Road 19 Trail, like it name implies, was an old decommissioned road that was converted to a trail. The trail begins on the west end at the end of E. Mountain Drive just off Lolo Pass Road. Zigzag Mountain Trail #775 is also accessed at this point. Road 19 Trail continues east 0.8 miles towards the town of Rhododendon. The trail is popular with locals for hiking.

Flora & Fauna

The surrounding forest is made up of Douglas fir, western red cedar, western hemlock, big leaf and vine maples, and alders.
