Description

The Canyon Trail keeps you moving up and down, turn after turn after turn... It almost feels as though you're skiing rather than hiking. All the uphill battles might take your breath for a bit, but there are intermittent flat spots and downhill portions as well. It's not the easiest trail, and it's not the most scenic, but it's a good one to get your blood pumping.
