Description

The trail can be accessed from the Gravel Path at the top of the hill or from Trout Run from the bottom. Starting from the top of the hill, the trail starts out with a gentle slope over mostly dirt singletrack. The Towhee-Gas Well Connector (not blazed on trail, but identifiable by sudden 10 foot rise in the trail and a tree on the downhill slope side) is the marker for the steepest downhill section of the trail. From this point to the bottom, the trail can be sloppy with leaves, mud, loose rock, and a few roots.
