Description

The trailhead is located 33 miles down Hole-In-The-Rock Road from the kiosk. Self-register at the trailhead for overnight use. The trail descends into Hurricane Gulch, where it meanders along the sandy wash bottom amidst towering sandstone cliffs until reaching the junction with Coyote Gulch.

Keep your eyes peeled for snakes in the early evening. I almost stepped on this young Diamondback while setting up our tent. It is a long way to help if you get into trouble out here and there is no cell service!
