The longer and more gentle way to descend or ascend Mt. Wrightson.

Chad Dailey

Features Spring · Views · Wildflowers

Description

This route is a less used but still easy to follow trail on the "backside" of Mt. Wrightson. It may be overgrown closer to the top at certain times of the year, but even then it is a more enjoyable way to go up or down to the summit. The lower elevations of this section of trail features more pine tree like terrain, and provides the best hiking on the mountain.
