Features: Fall Colors — Spring — Views — Wildlife
Family Friendly: With many marked trees, this can be a great route for older kids, especially if you're introducing tree identification to curious youngsters!
Dogs: No Dogs
Start by following the grass trail along the fence line towards the woods. Take it easy, because you are heading toward a rather long and steep climb. After the initial hill, the terrain levels out and it's a beautiful hike over moss-covered rocks and lots of tree roots. You'll be about 300 ft. above the surrounding terrain, which makes for some scenic views between the trees.
Flora & Fauna
Lots of trees are marked as to what type they are.
